Grant of Access
The Media Pass grants the bearer access to designated areas within the Hong Kong Football Club for the purpose of media coverage on 3 – 4 April.

Use of Media
All photographs, videos, interviews, and reports (collectively, “Media”) produced by the pass holder must be used for legitimate news coverage or journalistic purposes only.
Any commercial use of the Media requires the explicit written consent of the organizer.

Conduct
Media pass holders must adhere to all event rules and regulations, including but not limited to areas of access, scheduled times, and professional conduct.
The organizer reserves the right to revoke media accreditation at any time for breach of these terms and conditions, misconduct, or interference with event proceedings.

Liability
The media pass holder agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the organizer and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the pass holder’s actions or Media content.
The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen equipment.

Privacy
Media personnel must respect the privacy and rights of athletes, officials, and attendees. Unauthorized use of personal data is strictly prohibited.

Compliance with Laws
All media activities conducted under this pass must comply with local laws and regulations.

Termination
These terms are effective until the end of 4 April and may be terminated by the organizer at any time without notice for failure to comply with these terms.
